This product is mainly used as a carbon source for halogen-free expanding flame retardants. Compared with traditional alcohol-based carbonizing agents, it has extremely low water solubility, no migration, and excellent carbonizing performance. It can be compounded with other auxiliaries to form halogen-free expanding flame retardants, and is widely used in halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin resins. At the same time, it also has good carbonizing effects on PBT, PA, and other materials.

SUGGESTION Use Suggestion | 1. Compound with acid sources and add appropriate carbonization promoters for better carbonization; 2. Glass fiber and some inorganic fillers (calcium carbonate, talcum powder, barium sulfate, etc.) and pigments will not affect the flame retardant effect, and should be adjusted according to the actual use of customers; 3. In occasions without glass fiber and with high flame retardant requirements, appropriate drip-resistant agents can be added; 4. When stored for a long time before reuse, it should be dried at 90-110℃ for 2-4 hours. |
