JP-100/200 is an intumescent halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant with phosphorus and nitrogen as flame retardant elements. It complies with the requirements of the EU RoHS Directive and REACH regulations and other environmental regulations.
JP100/200 has excellent flame retardant efficiency, high thermal decomposition temperature, can withstand higher processing temperatures, and can be used for thermoplastic resins such as PP, fiber-reinforced PP, PE, TPE, and TPU.

1. The processing temperature of JP-100 is recommended to be less than 230℃, and the screw combination should be of medium strength;
2. The recommended processing temperature of JP-200 is less than 270℃, which is suitable for extrusion and injection molding.
